AdSparc was founded in 2012 with a vision to allow publishers to focus on what they do best: create awesome content and engage users. This is what many of our publisher partners are excited about when they get out of bed in the morning, but creating good content is hard work and they deserve a worthwhile income to continue to do what they do best.

Our mission is to help make publishing worthwhile and to support online content creation available to billions of readers across the globe.

INCREASE REVENUE This is why we exist. We generate additional revenue for publishers; no point in working with us if we can’t do that.

INNOVATION The AdSparc team have worked in the programmatic space since 2009 and saw the potential of the programmatic media both for Advertisers and Publishers. It was the innovation that attracted that and the continuous innovation in the industry that kept them excited about the industry for more than 10 years now. Innovation is ingrained in the programmatic and in the AdSparc team, always ready to offer publishers the latest innovations that can add value to the bottom line.

We take a broad view on monetisation and add value where value can be added. We see ourselves as the Swiss army knife of publisher monetisation solutions.

Sanjaya Molligoda

Managing Partner

Sanjaya is a serial entrepreneur and leader that is always at the forefront of innovation in Adtech/Martech. In his past life he was a doctor and since 2002 transformed himself into a digital media veteran. He is one of the co-founders of AdSparc and his main focus areas are operations, business development, strategic partnerships and recruitment. He holds a Doctor of Medicine, Master of Finance, Master of IT degrees from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Wout van Damme

Managing Partner

Wout is a serial entrepreneur with two decades of experience in the digital world. He founded his first venture in 2003 and since has seen success in various parts of the digital marketing ecosystem. He is one of the co-founders of Adsparc and his main focus areas are marketing, finance and legal affairs. He holds a Marketing degree and post-graduate diploma in General Management from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia.  

Giuseppe Martoriello

Managing Partner

Giuseppe is a programmatic advocate with a focus on Mobile and Video. His main areas of expertise are on the Operations and Optimization side, with a clear focus on client success. Holding a Master in International Business, he has lived and worked in Italy, Spain and Europe before settling in Sydney. Outside advertising, he loves surfing and scuba diving.

Jibu James

Jibu James

Head of Publisher Yield

Jibu is a programmatic expert with a strong focus on Header Bidding & OpenRTB integrations especially with Display, Native & Video offerings. He’s been in the industry for well over a decade now and leads the Publisher Yield team in assisting publishers with day to day account management, optimizations & client servicing. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and was previously Head of RTB at Zedo in India before settling down in Australia.
