VP Revenue & Operations - based in Thane - Mumbai or South East Asia

The VP Revenue & Operations  is responsible for short and long term revenue growth of the business and the optimisation of the business operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • With the Board of Sparc Global jointly responsible for full profit & loss for AdSparc.
  • Co-development of the long term vision, strategies, and objectives of AdSparc.
  • Assure that AdSparc operates efficiently and effectively to optimize results and meet, as well as exceed, operating and financial objectives.
  • Optimise business operations and processes.
  • Comply with AdSparc ethics and trade policies and directives.
  • Grow the wider AdSparc team into a pro-active, knowledgeable and responsible team.
  • Coordinate the upselling of current products and services to AdSparc’s publisher portfolio.
  • Suggest product offering revisions according to market needs.
  • Manage & build programmatic demand. 
  • Exceed demand and supply partner customer service expectations.

    Job Requirements:

    • In Depth understanding of publisher ad operations and ad tech (GAM, Header Bidding, video players).
    • Experienced in managing teams
    • Relationship builder.
    • Proactive.
    • Commercially driven.
    • Existing programmatic demand partner relationships are highly regarded.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Be prepared to work across multiple time zones, when required.

    Job Location

    During the current Covid-19 situation the VP Revenue & Operations is expected to work remotely, which can be from any location. Once India opens up again the candidate is expected to work from Thane. We will consider hiring South East Asia based candidates

    Content Marketer - based in India

    The Content Marketer is responsible for all content creation used to directly and indirectly promote the AdSparc business and it’s products.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and suggest relevant programmatic publisher monetisation topics.
    • Create content for all marketing channels, including, website, social media, email marketing and sales decks.
    • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content.
    • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement. 
    • Analyse and report on content effectiveness.

      Job Requirements:

      The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in B2B content marketing within the media industry, and also:

        • A candidate for this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, Information Technology, or any other related field.A degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
        • A suitable candidate for the position will have had prior experience producing and promoting content for a programmatic business and ideally experience with publisher monetisation solutions.
        • The Content Marketer must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally in English. 
        • Excellent planning & organisation skills.

      Country Manager Indonesia

      The primary role of a Country Manager is to develop both advertiser demand for AdSparc’s managed inventory and develop additional inventory by growing the local publisher base and up-sell monetisation products to existing publishers.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Drive sales and generate new business directly from agencies and advertiser publishers for direct campaign and PMP deals. 
      • Pitch the AdSparc publisher products and solutions to new and existing publishers, negotiate deals, sign agreements and increase the number of live publishers, products and inventory..
      • High level account management. 
      • Prospect new customers via face-to-face, telephone, email, Linkedin and other lead generation methods.
      • Attend industry events and networking functions in order to uncover new prospects.
      • Identify new opportunities and revenue streams for the business.
      • Coordinate on-boarding, management and service delivery for advertisers and publishers. 

      Job requirements:

      The ideal candidate for this role is a senior commercial programmatic professional well established in the local industry:

      • A minimum of 5 years commercial working experience in the local programmatic ecosystem.
      • Have an extensive network in the local advertiser and or publisher market.
      • Degree qualified. 
      • An in-depth understanding of programmatic publisher yield.
      • Excellent communication skills in English.
      • Great planning & organisation skills.

      The Junior Ad Ops Executive is responsible for the accurate implementation of AdSparc’s publisher products and solutions, in particular the creation of the demand tags.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Create demand tags for all AdSparc demand sources, according to specification.
      • Follow internal procedures and workflows. 
      • Client communication with clients where needed.

      • One year of experience in a similar position in the programmatic industry.

        Job Location

        During the current Covid-19 situation the Head of Tech Ops is expected to work remotely, which can be from any location. Once India opens up again the candidate is expected to work from Thane. 

        Ad Ops Executive - based in the Philippines

        The Ad Ops Executive is responsible for the accurate implementation and management of AdSparc’s publisher products and solutions in Google Ad Manager. In this role you will be primarily working with publishers based in Australia and are required to work adjust to Australian office hours. 

        Job Responsibilities

        • Implement and manage publisher activity on Google Ad Manager, including Private Market Place and Programmatic Guaranteed deals. 
        • Follow internal procedures and workflows.
        • Client communication. 

        Job Requirements

        • Degree qualification.
        • Three years of experience in a similar position in the programmatic industry.
        • Three year experience in working with Google Ad Manager for publishers, including Private Market Place and Programmatic Guaranteed deals .
        • High level of accuracy.
        • Good communication skills in English.
